We ship our products from the United States to the United States. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Given the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns.

We will replace damaged products. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. Please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours upon receiving the item.
